Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Software AI Engineer with experience in application development and AI capabilities, specifically within the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. You will:
- Work on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows.
- Build intelligent solutions using Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs).
- Transform how sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams operate.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Engineering: Develop scalable applications and workflows within the platform, focusing on GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management).
- AIA Studio Development: Create AI workflows, incorporate machine learning models, and enhance decision-making.
- AI System Design: Design AI-powered systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval.
- RAG + KG Solutions: Build and maintain RAG pipelines with knowledge graphs for real-time data insights.
- Agentic Workflows: Implement AI agents for task planning and execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Product and Business Operations teams.
- Scalability & Reliability: Focus on resilient, secure, high-performance systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor others, participate in design discussions, uphold high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
- 8+ years of software development, cloud engineering, system design.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform applications: scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Familiarity with AIA Studio for automations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Agentic AI (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack)
- Knowledge Graphs (RDF/OWL, SPARQL)
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral).
- Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
- Experience with GTM domains (CRM, sales analytics, marketing automation).
