About the Role
Turing is seeking individuals with LLM experience to solve business problems for Fortune 500 clients. You will be part of the Turing GenAI delivery team, working on projects involving multi-agent LLM systems, RAG systems, and open-source LLM deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize solutions based on LLMs
- Lead design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models
- Use techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures
- Maintain high-quality, efficient code in Python and SQL
- Assist in deploying GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and SMEs
- Provide technical mentoring to the team
- Stay updated with the latest research and experiment with new techniques
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in building ML models & systems
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs & Generative AI
- Experience leading technical roadmaps
- Proficient in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, SQL
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Excellent communication skills
