Responsibilities
- Develop highly efficient ML compilers for generative AI workloads.
- Build performance- and power-efficient AI software solutions.
- Conduct R&D on next-gen computing systems for ML/AI.
- Create IPs, prototypes, publish papers, standardize.
- Collaborate with hardware/software teams; refine algorithms.
- Partner with academia and international teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's with 10+ years or Master's with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related.
- Experience with ML compilers (LLVM, MLIR), deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hardware/software co-design experience.
- Expertise in AI accelerators, deep learning algorithms, performance profiling.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
