Location & Work Style
- Hybrid (approximately 2 days per week in San Mateo)

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 (DOE) + Equity

Position Overview
We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and implement advanced AI solutions, especially in natural language processing and agentic AI. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI's GPT-3 and DaVinci.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & develop ML models and algorithms
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions
- Conduct research to enhance AI system capabilities
- Optimize models for performance and scalability
- Analyze large datasets for insights
- Maintain documentation for AI projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of AI/ML development experience
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts
- Code Generation (Cursor)
- Hands-on with OpenAI technologies (Hugging Face, etc.)
- Bonus: Retrieval systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, SQL
- Bonus: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI
