Team Overview: Intelligence Foundations and Experiences (IFX)
The IFX team plays a pivotal role in realizing our AI vision, working closely with partners to develop and deploy proprietary AI solutions that serve millions of customers responsibly.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, product and program managers to develop AI-powered products.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components:
- Foundation model training
- Large language model inference
- Similarity search
- Guardrails
- Model evaluation
- Experimentation
- Governance
- Observability
- Utilize open source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch.
- Innovate in LLM optimization techniques to enhance performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and latency.
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of foundational AI systems.
- Adapt quickly and bring clarity to complex, undefined problems.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience developing and supporting AI services and algorithms like LLM Inference, VectorDBs, Guardrails.
- Master’s in a relevant technical field.
- Expertise in optimizing training and inference software.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range varies by location, e.g.,
- Cambridge, MA: $158,600 - $181,000
- New York, NY: $173,000 - $197,400
- Performance-based incentives, health and financial benefits.
