Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong product engineering mindset rather than traditional software development

- Experience with high-ownership, high-aptitude environments (e.g., rapidly evolving scale-ups/YC/Series A)
- Top-tier Computer Science education background
