Preferred Candidate Profile
Primarily seeking Python developers with 3+ years of experience in:
- Training large AI language models
- Improving generative AI models for coding
Typical Projects
- Working on discrete problems involving AI models learning to code
- Engagement with various tasks such as code evaluation, development, and testing
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated code and summarize your rationale
- Build and evaluate React components, hooks, and modern Python solutions
- Solve coding problems using functional and efficient Python code
- Write robust test cases
- Create instructions and review code before model input
- Participate in diverse projects, including mobile app development with chatbots
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $30/hr to $50+/hr
- Hours: 15+ hours/week, flexible, with no maximum limit
- Payment: Weekly based on hours worked
- Contract Duration: Long-term, expected to last 2 years; 12 months recommended
Work Flexibility

- Can work a 3-hour lunch break or more
Interview Process
- Apply via Ashby form.
- Complete a 35-minute async RLHF code review within 72 hours if shortlisted.
- Receive platform credentials and support.
- Perform final simulated RLHF task.
- Success leads to project assignments.
Technical Requirements

- 3+ years in software development
- Proficiency in Python and backend development
