About the Role
Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a small, impactful ML team. You will develop a research-heavy forecasting engine focused on equipment performance.
This role emphasizes academic-style research, designing custom architectures, and tackling novel problems.
You will:
- Design and construct neural network architectures from scratch
- Develop multimodal language models for equipment forecasting
- Lead literature reviews and early-stage experiments
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and domain experts
- Write production-ready code for mission-critical systems
Responsibilities

Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in ML and/or LLMs
- Deep knowledge of LLMs and multimodal modeling (text, time series, images)
- Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong Python skills
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Bonus: Docker, Linux, DevOps
