We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python development, AI/ML model training, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable systems, leveraging containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and high-throughput data processing.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of professional software development
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Java
• Tools & Frameworks:
  • Docker and Kubernetes in production
  • AI/ML models training with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
  • Data streaming tools like Snowflake, Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Spark
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure (favorable)
• Environment: Experience working in fast-changing, quick learning environments

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems focusing on:
  • Python (priority)
  • Java (secondary)
• Train and deploy machine learning models, including:
  • Data preprocessing
  • Model training, validation, and performance tuning
• Build and manage containerized applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
