We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative chatbots using Azure AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered chatbots using:
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Azure Bot Service
  • Cognitive Services
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) for intelligent conversation handling.
• Fine-tune GPT-based models and integrate them with business applications.
• Optimize chatbot performance by:
  • Training models
  • Improving responses
  • Handling edge cases
• Deploy and manage chatbots using:
  • Azure Machine Learning
  • Azure Functions
  • Kubernetes
• Integrate chatbots with:
  • Databases
  • APIs
  • Enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, or custom apps.
• Ensure chatbot security, compliance, and scalability within Azure cloud environments.
• Monitor chatbot analytics using:
  • Azure Monitor
  • Application Insights
  • Power BI
