The Opportunity
We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative, genAI & marketing ecosystem with Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly, and Experience Cloud.
Reporting to the Director, AI/ML & Creative Technology, a successful candidate will embody strong customer empathy & orientation, have a passion for coding & tinkering, share a deep interest in new technologies (e.g., generative AI, creative workflows), and have intuition on creating meaningful business impact by solving customer problems.
What We Are Looking For
- Understand customer pain points & translate needs into technical solutions
- Ideate, design, and code product and workflow prototypes using creative production, marketing workflows, Adobe APIs, and external APIs
- Collaborate with research & engineering teams to build prototypes using existing and emerging technologies
- Synthesize technical trends and assess their impact on Adobe
- Serve as a technical expert on Adobe Firefly Services (APIs), Creative Cloud technologies, and Digital Experience APIs
- Create compelling technical demo videos
- Present product demos at various customer, developer, and leadership events
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical skills: JavaScript / Node.JS (both server-side and front-end), HTML/CSS, React (Spectrum or similar), Python (plus), Low-code connectors (PowerAutomate, Zapier, Mendix), ML frameworks (Pytorch, Hugging Face), Distributed cloud compute (K8s, Slurm)
- 6+ years as a full-stack developer
- Experience in creative, document, digital experience, generative AI, workflow/low-code spaces
- Proficiency in storyboarding, producing, and editing demos using tools like Photoshop, Premiere, AEM, Workfront, Frame, Express
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Autonomous work ethic with a track record of on-time delivery
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Compensation and Benefits
- U.S. pay range: $153,600 -- $286,600 annually
- Compensation structure varies for sales and non-sales roles
- Potential eligibility for long-term incentives and equity awards
