Job Overview
We are building the next generation of Large Language Modeling (LLM) applications driven by Portfolio Manager requirements. Our goal is to provide immediate value and scale as a core product.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and translate business problems into effective solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end pipelines for LLM solutions based on Portfolio Manager needs.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements, including re-designing and integrating application infrastructure with scalability and availability.
- Collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to optimize product design.
- Build, test, and deploy AI products to solve specific Portfolio Manager workflows.
- Develop solutions that are generalizable to expand the AI team s solution set.
- Leverage generative AI solutions and traditional NLP techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related technical field with 5+ years of work experience, or Master s degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including object-oriented programming and REST API development.
- Proven experience working with LLMs, using LLM frameworks, and other NLP techniques.
- Experience in developing and deploying scalable LLM applications.
- Knowledge of end-to-end asynchronous application development, including CI/CD frameworks.
- Experience with Vector Databases and SQL databases is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent self-management and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated base salary range: $175,000 to $250,000 (specific to New York).
- Total compensation includes base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits.
- Compensation package is formulated based on experience and qualifications.
