Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our Computational Sciences organization, focused on leveraging AI technology to accelerate drug discovery and target discovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge deep learning models such as large language models and multi-modal transformers.
- Develop data pipelines and optimize their performance and scalability.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure optimal application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ML innovations into practical applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
- Proven experience in deep learning, with projects or publications to demonstrate expertise.
- Skilled in Python and PyTorch programming.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment tools such as Triton and ONNX, and AI APIs.
- Knowledge of large-scale distributed training and multi-GPU or cloud infrastructure (e.g., Ray, FSDP, DeepSpeed, TPU).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent-based systems is advantageous.
- Background in biology/chemistry is not required but beneficial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
