Organization Overview: Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A)
We are seeking a Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and deployment of machine learning models that improve predictive analytics and decision-making in our pharmaceutical and marketing processes.
Responsibilities
- Machine Learning Model Development: Design, build, and implement advanced ML/AI models using data types such as images, text, videos, and numeric data to improve products and operational efficiency.
- Data Strategy and Analytics: Create frameworks to mine data, identify trends, monitor, and generate insightful analytics.
- Model Optimization and Evaluation: Test and refine models continuously, utilizing methodologies like A/B testing and AI observability metrics.
- Model Infrastructure: Use cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), Jenkins, and MLOps frameworks for deploying ML solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to embed ML models into strategic processes.
- Ethics and Compliance: Ensure AI development adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Success Factors
- Strong problem-solving skills with advanced analytics and ML techniques.
- Proficiency in AI, ML, statistics, data science, and programming languages like Python and R.
- Commitment to continuous learning in ML advancements.
- Expertise in coding (Python, R) and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Torch.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in statistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in ML engineering or data science roles.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI and machine learning algorithms, including deep learning and natural language processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NLP, Generative AI, Foundation models, LLMs, and end-to-end business solutions.
- Programming skills in Python, R, C++, JavaScript, with knowledge of AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, version control, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Deep learning techniques, including neural networks, GANs, autoencoders, transformers.
