We are building at the intersection of Human and AI automation, and that’s where you come in.
How you will help us achieve it
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will collaborate with the company founders, product team, and office managers to develop agentic workflows for their daily processes.
- Ideate, design, implement, and maintain the software side of the product.
- Design UX, develop front-end interfaces, build backend routes, and design database models.
- Interact with office managers to understand workflows and create AI agents & workflows to improve efficiency.
Your daily responsibilities
- Partner with frontline staff to automate workflows with AI.
- Stay updated with the latest in Human & AI interactions.
- Contribute to high-quality, performance-efficient code.
- Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
Key Details
- Remote work with at least 4 hours overlap with the product team (6 pm to 10 pm IST)
- Participation in calls with US-based stakeholders

- Experienced with cutting-edge AI tools and APIs.
- Deep thinkers who go beyond just completing tickets.
- Proficient in the Typescript ecosystem, React, and Express/Koa.
- Pragmatic and understanding of trade-offs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software product development.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, and related applications.
- Solid experience with the MERN stack.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
Bonus Points
- Mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with tech stack (React, Koa, Mongo, AWS, React Native).
- Knowledge of UX best practices for SaaS & AI interfaces.
- Experience building applications with React Native.
- Cost-efficient infrastructure optimization.
- Experience setting up evaluation frameworks and contributing to open-source.
First Six Months Goals
- Create AI Agents/Workflows based on HVAC office workflows.
- Build frontend, APIs, and add features to portals and mobile apps.
- Use Vercel AI SDK for creating AI workflows.
- Demo workflows to US stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve AI workflows.
