Job Summary
Seeking a Generative AI Engineer to innovate in Liquidity Management & Regulatory Compliance.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
- 4+ years in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL).
- Focus on compliance, contract lifecycle management, and regulatory alignment.
- Ensure AI solutions meet governance and safety standards in a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, NLP, deep learning frameworks).
- Automate and enhance liquidity management, risk assessment, and compliance workflows.
- Build AI solutions for contract lifecycle management.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for financial regulations, policies, and risk frameworks.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure AI models comply with industry regulations like Basel III, Dodd-Frank, SR 11-7, OCC guidelines.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Maintain model transparency and explainability.
- Support validation, bias detection, and risk mitigation.
3. AI Model Risk & Governance
- Document models and maintain audit trails for regulatory compliance.
- Monitor model drift, fairness, interpretability, and security.
- Implement AI safety and bias mitigation techniques.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Liquidity Risk, Treasury, Compliance teams.
- Work with IT, Data Science, and Risk Management teams.
- Engage in AI research and stay updated on emerging regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in relevant fields.
- 2+ years in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP (GPT, BERT, Llama, T5).
- 5+ years in ML, DL, and AI deployment.
- Expertise in regulated environments (banking/finance).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of AI safety, explainability, and ethical principles.
- Experience with AI governance, validation, bias mitigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in liquidity management, risk modeling, or regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of financial AI regulations.
- Experience with contract lifecycle automation.
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks.
