Join our expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models. No previous AI experience is necessary.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, including writing human-readable summaries.
- Building and evaluating React components, hooks, and modern JavaScript solutions.
- Solving coding problems and writing functional JavaScript/React code.
- Writing robust test cases.
- Creating instructions to help others and reviewing code.
- Engaging in various projects, including evaluating code snippets and developing mobile applications using chatbots.
Pay Rates
- Average $30/hr, up to $50+/hr.
- Expecting 15+ hours/week, with no upper limit.
- Paid weekly based on hours of work.
Contract Length
- Long-term contract, no end date.
- Expected work for the next 2 years.
- Can end at any time, but 12 months preferred.
Flexible Schedules
- Set your own hours.
- Ideal for candidates interested in spending 40 hours/week.
- No strict hours tracking; paid based on time spent on platform.
Interview Process
- Apply using the Ashby form.
- Complete an async RLHF code review (35 min, within 72 hours).
- Receive RLHF platform credentials.
- Perform a simulated production-level RLHF task for final assessment.
Tech Stack Priorities
- JavaScript, React, and modern web development frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in software engineering.
- Strong JavaScript/React and frontend skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Attention to detail, grammar, punctuation, and style.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science.
- Experience with Next.js, Vue, Angular.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API, MobX).
- Experience with TypeScript.
