Job Description
In this role, you will design and develop Artificial Intelligence models and algorithms to solve Telecom network and business problems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and site reliability engineering (SRE) teams to ensure seamless AI integration into workflows, delivering measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI models for Telecom network challenges.
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams for integrating AI solutions.
- Use large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and automation to enhance network operations such as self-healing and incident response.
- Research and incorporate latest AI advancements to improve models and network resilience.
- Analyze data to generate insights for network planning, service management, and automation.
- Document methodologies and promote ongoing innovation.
Key Skills and Experience
- Educational Background: Engineering degree in Computer Science or related, with 4+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Experience in Telecom, Cloud, or Network Engineering is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases.
Additional Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenShift/Kubernetes/Helm, MLOps tools.
- Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark.
- NLP and Computer Vision expertise.
- Understanding of Telecom Networks (5G, 4G, SDN, NFV, OSS/BSS), DevOps, Automation.
