Position Overview
We are seeking an Embedded Security Engineer who will be responsible for:
- Protecting models deployed on robotic hardware
- Conducting threat modeling and security assessments
- Supporting engineering teams in security standard compliance
- Encoding/encrypting trained models using software engineering and deep learning techniques
- Developing solutions for identified risks
- Writing security test cases
- Participating in offensive security assessments
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed threat modeling and security assessments of critical assets.
- Regularly update threat models to reflect new threats.
- Identify and explore vulnerabilities in critical software components.
- Create and implement technical solutions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain test cases to ensure solutions' effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Support in implementing security measures.
- Lead penetration tests and red team exercises.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS, MS or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with languages such as PHP, Python, C++, Java.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Skills in enterprise security.
- Proven experience in threat modeling, security assessments, penetration testing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, frameworks.
- Knowledge of securing transfer and storage of deep neural network models.
Salary Range
$100,000 USD - $300,000 USD
