Your Role
- Architect AI-driven systems to automate complex software development tasks including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
- Engage in research and development activities, participate in conferences, and collaborate with academic and industry networks.
- Lead efforts to seamlessly incorporate AI into our software solutions.
What You Will Not Do
- Routine code maintenance or debugging
- Basic software development tasks without AI integration
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance development speed, reduce human error, and improve code quality using AI.
- Influence the efficiency and quality of software deliverables.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in impactful software engineering initiatives.
- Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
- Proven experience with Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with LLMs like GPT, Claude, Mistral.
Working with Us
- Position: Full-time (40 hours/week), long-term contractor role
- Compensation: $50/hour (~$100,000/year)
