Job Description

• Role: AI/ML Engineer (Python)
• Client Focus: Generative AI and Agentic AI projects
• Objectives:
  • Design and develop agentic solutions
  • Integrate capabilities into existing systems
  • Research and implement new AI/ML techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into software systems.
• Conduct research with new AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and scale solutions.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements.
• Contribute to best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related.
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant languages.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGen, Langchain, LangGraph.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with GenAI models such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama.

Key Skills

• 5+ years of Python development
• Python coding and Machine Learning

Preferred Skills

• Java and/or SAS programming experience
• Building custom solutions within copilot
