Your Mission
Lead the integration of Agentic AI: AI systems that don’t just assist—they think, act, and collaborate with humans to reinvent how work gets done.

What You’ll Do
- Design and lead Evident’s Agentic AI strategy
- Build AI agents that collaborate with people, not replace them
- Partner with execs and engineers to redesign workflows from the ground up
- Evangelize agentic AI internally with workshops, demos, and technical storytelling
- Drive responsible AI adoption with a strong focus on ethics and effectiveness
Who You Are
- 5+ years in AI/ML (with proven delivery of production AI systems)
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or autonomous AI
- Deep communicator: you inspire change from C-suite to engineering
- Fluent in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based deployment
- You think like a founder. You move like a builder.
