About the Role
AI Engineering Lead
As a key member of the Data Science team, you'll drive innovation and enhance patient experience using cutting-edge tools.
- Independently tackle challenging roadmap items
- Guide peers by establishing AI/ML best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy AI solutions
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in AI
- Pioneer novel agentic solutions
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, business development, clinical, marketing
- Collaborate on agent/algorithm/models/pipeline development
- Identify new opportunities aligned with business goals
- Manage AI project lifecycle: scoping, design, modeling, validation, deployment
- Mentor and train data scientists and engineers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, etc.) or comparable experience
- At least 7 years experience in Data Science/ML Engineering with deployment of advanced AI systems
- Experience in building and deploying intelligent agents
- Proficiency with Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), SQL, Python libraries (pandas/numpy), PySpark/Scala
- Healthcare experience using clinical data is highly desirable
