Job Title: AI Engineer (GCC) - India

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Agents:
  • Use frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain for complex task automation and conversational workflows.
• Integrate and Fine-tune Models:
  • Work with advanced models such as OpenAI's o1/o3, Google's Gemini, and Meta's Llama 4 for applications including:
    • Text generation
    • Image creation
    • Code synthesis
• Implement Multi-Agent Systems:
  • Leverage protocols like Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Google's Agent2Agent (A2A) for communication across platforms.
• Develop Memory-Augmented Systems:
  • Utilize long-context models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Stay Updated with AI/ML Advancements:
  • Contribute to team knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with AI Frameworks and Tools:
  • Proficiency in LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Familiar with libraries such as PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy.
• Hands-on Experience:
  • With Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s o1/o3, Google's Gemini, Meta’s Llama 4.
• Understanding of Multi-Agent Systems:
  • Protocols like MCP and A2A.
  • Knowledge of short- and long-term memory.
• Familiarity with MLOps Practices:
  • CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
