• Utilize Advanced Technical Stack: Employ programming languages and tools such as:

  • Libraries including Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and Keras
• Integrate Enterprise Data Sources: Incorporate data from Salesforce and Zendesk to inform models and improve predictive capabilities.
• Harness LLMs: Leverage Large Language Models to develop innovative Generative AI use cases and solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of applied ML engineering experience.
• Proficiency in using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Research background with experience publishing in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
