Services Tasks

B1 Data Categorization

• Analyze video data from all pilot installations to create an organized database categorized by:
  • Environmental conditions (summer, winter, fall, spring)
  • Lighting conditions (bright daylight, dim light, nighttime)
  • Weather impacts (rain, snow, sunny)
• Document specific passenger interaction scenarios that challenge the system, such as:
  • Multiple passengers entering/exiting simultaneously
  • Passengers carrying large objects
  • Situations triggering door operation issues or road calls
• Create a statistical report analyzing:
  • Frequency and patterns of operational scenarios
  • Common patterns and potential system improvements

B2 Data Annotation

• Perform precise annotations using the V7 tool to mark:
  • Passenger positions and movements
  • Create bounding boxes or segmentation masks around passengers, carried objects, and door areas
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on team members' annotations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain logs documenting edge cases, unusual scenarios, and situations requiring guideline clarifications

B3 Comprehensive Testing

• Execute systematic testing of the current model with new video datasets from all pilot locations
• Cover various operational conditions and scenarios
• Generate detailed daily performance reports including:
  • Quantitative metrics: detection accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score
  • Analysis of false positives and negatives for each scenario
  • System response time for door operation decisions
  • Performance variation across different installations

B4 Issue Analysis

• Document detection failures and performance issues, including:
  • Missed passenger detections with timestamps and conditions
  • Incorrect door timing decisions and their causes
  • System response time exceeding thresholds
• Analyze environmental and operational factors influencing performance
• Develop a comprehensive issue categorization system
• Create recommendations for model improvements based on failure patterns

Work Experience

• Experience with data preparation tools: Open CV, Kibana
• Classification tools: Voxel51, Sklearn
• Annotation tools: V7, Scripts
• Reporting tools: Power BI
• Ability to provide onshore/offshore resources for model and bench needs
