Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Principal AI Engineer to lead AI initiatives at Newmark. This leadership role involves defining vision, strategy, and implementing enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement AI vision and strategy.
- Accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
- Foster innovation and enhance competitive advantage.
- Enterprise AI Solutions:
- Architect scalable, production-grade AI pipelines.
- Cover full AI lifecycle: model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Advanced AI Development:
- Lead fine-tuning, customization, and deployment of foundation models like LLMs, vision, multimodal models, and intelligent agents.
- Platform and Infrastructure Development:
- Build and evolve robust Data and AI platforms.
- Enable rapid iteration, experimentation, and adoption.
- AI Technology Evaluation:
- Select SaaS products and platforms to enhance AI development and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and transformations.
- Deep expertise in advanced Machine Learning and AI methodologies such as optimization, forecasting, and simulation.
- Management of full lifecycle MLOps (model development, deployment, monitoring).
- Strong knowledge of foundation models, including LangChain/LLMOps, large-scale language, and multimodal models.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proficiency in programming and tools: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Ability to optimize AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, workflows for efficiency and scalability.
