Job Description: AI Application Support Engineer
Role Summary
We are seeking an AI Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. This role involves supporting applications and platform operations, ensuring smooth performance and high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of AI technologies, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AI-based applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor AI application performance and pre-empt potential issues
- Enhance application performance, scalability, and usability
- Respond to user inquiries with guidance and documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Create and maintain support documentation (user guides, FAQs)
- Perform system updates and maintenance
- Stay updated with AI technologies, trends, and methodologies
- Manage critical client issues and incidents
- Provide 24x7 Level 2 support, including out-of-hours and on-call support
- Collaborate with development teams, clients, and end-users
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Cloud Computing (AWS or Azure) and SRE practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in technical or application support, preferably in AI applications
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Observability practices, DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of NLP or computer vision applications
- Experience in distributed systems and cloud application troubleshooting
- Experience in financial or investment banking environments is preferred
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment of AI models
