As an experienced engineer, you understand that machine learning (ML) is critical for analyzing large datasets. Your expertise in conducting statistical analyses using ML techniques is vital for delivering customer-focused solutions. Your technical skills and problem-solving mindset are essential to support our client's efforts to rapidly implement artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across diverse national security contexts.
Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.
- Lead the development of mission-critical solutions by applying suitable ML algorithms and advanced technologies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, solution architects, and product owners.
- Share knowledge and best practices across the ML community within the organization.
- Assist clients in navigating the landscape of ML tools, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Contribute toward defining ML strategies for national defense.
- Support work in remote, hybrid, or onsite setups based on role listings.
You Have
- 3+ years experience with AI, ML, or NLP solutions, especially in guiding LLM (Large Language Model) behavior.
- Skill in designing, analyzing, and optimizing prompts for accuracy and relevance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI development tasks.
- Proficiency in AI tools/frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Python.
- Knowledge of deploying AI tools in the Cloud.
- Familiarity with LLMs and front-end applications.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years in cloud deployments.
- 5+ years in solutions architecture.
- Creative prompt design skills.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating prompt performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $128,700 to $292,000 annually.
