Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Engineer to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing custom AI solutions to enhance business functions.
• Leveraging transformative AI technologies to improve client services, vendor relations, legal interactions, and daily operations.
• Building agentic AI multi-node decision models, including:
  • Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Semantic search
  • Data scraping/extraction
  • Converting unstructured data to structured formats
  • Creating state graphs and agentic memory
  • Calling APIs
• Implementing guidance methodologies such as guardrails, human-in-the-loop, multi-agent workflows, citation, and verification to ensure accurate AI responses.

Required Skills & Experience

• Building with tools and platforms such as:
  • LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith
  • AWS Lambda, S3, Gateway, ECR
  • OpenAI API, Swarm, Agents SDK
  • Vector databases, fine-tuning, SageWorks, BedRock, Docker
• Conducting research and system architecture design for AI solutions.
• Proficiency in full-stack development and creating proof-of-concept projects.
• Background in AI research, experimentation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes.

Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
• Location-based Compensation:
  • Zone A (Bay Area, NYC, Boston, DC, Seattle, LA): $180,000-$220,000
  • Zone B (Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Miami, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Phoenix): $140,000-$180,000
  • Zone C (Other locations): $120,000-$160,000
